My Wedding Stationairy

So I got married this summer! I have gone from a Wyatt to a Logsdon. I wanted to create all the design work for our wedding myself, from the RSVP's to the stickers on the back of the envelopes.We chose blue & yellow as our colour theme from the start & daisies are one of my favourite flowers, so I combined these to create the design for our wedding stationary. We had a very DIY wedding, doing up my parents barn for our reception on their farm. It was very rustic with a combination of hesian, flowers, gingham napkins & bunting.

Our gorgeous wedding cake by Claire of Claire Makes Cakes. We wanted to match the flowers on the cake to our wedding flowers & our colour theme.

The Cake toppers were designed by Katie Stevenson (my new Sister-in-law).

As a guest book I illustrated this fun piece of my husband & I as cute foxes in a hot air balloon basket & our guests created the balloons with their thumb prints.

I was inspired by an old photograph of my grandmother & her friend in T length 1950's dresses when I decided on what dress I would like, & Kate Walker was the amazing woman to help me find this one. I felt like a Princess, & I know my Nan would have loved it.
